Tim O is the Vice President of the Central United States Region for U.S. Compliance, where he leads regional operations, business growth, and environmental, health, and safety consulting services across multiple industries. With a background in occupational safety, regulatory compliance, and leadership development, Tim specializes in helping organizations strengthen safety culture, improve operational performance, and reduce risk. He oversees multidisciplinary teams serving clients in construction, manufacturing, mining, and general industry. Tim is passionate about developing leaders, driving continuous improvement, and delivering practical solutions that create safer workplaces and sustainable business results.

Topic: OSHA Updates and Elevated Penalties - Gain valuable insight into the latest federal and Minnesota OSHA developments, emerging compliance trends manufacturers are facing in the field, and the increases in penalties associated with workplace safety violations.

Tour: Tour attendees will get a behind the scenes look at how Graphic Packaging International designs and builds advanced packaging machinery used by manufacturers around the world. The Crosby facility combines engineering, machining, fabrication, electrical assembly, and final machine assembly to create highly automated packaging systems for leading consumer brands.

During the tour, guests will see modern manufacturing in action and learn about the skilled workforce, technology, and innovation required to produce these complex machines. The experience provides a unique opportunity to explore the manufacturing processes, career pathways, and advanced equipment that help drive productivity and efficiency across the packaging industry.
