Minnesota’s Manufacturing Month is right around the corner this October, and the Lakes Area Manufacturers Alliance (LAMA) is excited to connect area students and educators with local manufacturers!

Manufacturing tours are available throughout the month of October, giving students the opportunity to step outside the classroom and experience real-world manufacturing environments throughout the Lakes Area. LAMA will help connect schools with participating manufacturers, making it easy to find a tour that works for your group.

Busing reimbursement is available to help make participation even easier. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests and create a fun, engaging experience that introduces students to the many exciting career opportunities available in manufacturing right here in our region!
