Customer demand for quality welders has never been greater. For over 15 years, Lynnes Welding Training has trained over 2,000 welders in our schools and on-site at over 50 different companies.
 
Lynnes Welding Training exists for two primary reasons:
1.    Build a welding workforce through hands-on-training.
2.    To increase a company’s existing welder’s capabilities to improve their skills, increasing efficiency, profitably, and retention.
 
FARGO, ND LOCATION
In 2006, LWT initially started with 6 welding booths, and now today is operating with 25 booths in Fargo. 

BISMARCK, ND LOCATION
In 2009, the Bismarck LWT branch initially started with 8 welding booths, and now today is operating with 12 booths.

RAMSEY, MN LOCATION
In 2020, LWT opened its first Minnesota location in Ramsey. This location is equipped with 15 welding booths. Our objective is to train over 200 welders in the next two years, through the Ramsey operation.

Workforce Training 
We offer Workforce Training & Testing that is tailored to your business and staff.  We build a unique program fitting your circumstances after assessing your materials, processes, current skill set, and facility equipment.  Ultimately, our goal is to increase your staff’s skills by providing them with the knowledge to become productive welders. This in return will have your staff become problem solvers with a comprehensive understanding of equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
