During that time\, she has held several positions\, starting as a youth employment specialist\, then as a supervisor\, and the development manager for the past seven years. Leslie is passionate about helping people move forward to be their best selves and is able to assist both job seekers and employers in her current role.\n\n\n\nDiana has had the honor of working with disadvantaged or at-risk youth for the past 22 years. She has been a strong leader in advocating for youth to ensure they receive the tools and resources needed to be successful while working towards their goals. Her passion is to help people overcome barriers to become self-sufficient. With her background and education in occupational therapy she is able to help individuals focus on their abilities and strengths. Diana holds a Master of Arts Degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Catherine University.\n\n \n\nDiana is the Youth Program Manager at Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services\, Inc overseeing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)\, Minnesota Youth Program (MYP)\, TANF Youth Innovation Project (TANF)\, Youth at Work (Y@W)\, Youthbuild\, Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)\, and other competitive youth grants. Some of Diana's additional certifications include: Global Career Development Facilitator and Work Incentives Counselor through Cornell University.\n\n \nTim Zipoy is a Business Service Coordinator with Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services (CMJTS)\, a not for profit employment and training partner within the Minnesota CareerForce Center system. His office is located at the CareerForce Center in Monticello. Tim has been with CMJTS for many years primarily focusing on workforce development\, business assistance\, economic development and collaboration with education. Tim serves on the Board of Directors with Central Minnesota Manufacturers Association and chairs the organization's workforce development committee.
