Emerging from a career in Human Resources, and strength in manufacturing, Amy Johnson founded CCS amidst the 2020 pandemic to help businesses overcome workforce challenges. She is now a Workforce Strategist serving West Central MN. She grew up in Andover, MN, and now lives in West Central Minnesota, where she promotes the quality of life it has to offer!
