About the Speaker: Mike Henke, owner of Mike Henke, Inc. Developing the Next Wave of Leaders - Build Your Bench & Engage Your Rock Stars

Mike Henke is a national speaker who has worked with over 100 Midwest manufacturers in the last 14 years, making a difference in recruiting, retention, and many other employee challenges. Mike was appointed by the Governor to be a Nebraska Diplomat and assist in Workforce/Economic Development and has keynoted many workforce conferences with creative solutions to the challenges we face today. Mike lives in Nebraska but grew up in northern Minnesota.

Tour: Renegade Truck Equipment
Renegade Truck Equipment is a Minnesota-based company specializing in the sale of truck equipment, truck and trailer accessories, and new builds of truck bodies including gravel, contractor, flatbed, and utility/service. The truck accessories and equipment include anything from, snowplows and salt spreaders to hydraulic cranes and tarps. We also provide trailer and truck repair service, DOT inspections, and truck modification in addition to our welding services. Our team of service technicians will help you with semi-truck repair and semi-trailer repair as well. Additional services include hydraulic repair and semi-trailer repair. We service all of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

The tour will consist of the various stages of production in our new facility. From design, fabrication and welding, then onto installation and final inspection.

Please carpool to Renegade since there is limited parking. Also, safety glasses, closed toed shoes and long pants are required for the tour.

Includes full breakfast. CMMA requests remittance for all reservations not canceled prior to the meeting.
