CMMA March Meeting - Tour of Sunburst Memorial/BCI Construction

BCI partnered with Monumental Sales, Inc. (MSI) to transform a 10,000 SF facility in the St. Cloud Airport District into a modern headquarters and expanded production campus using a design-build approach. Through a collaborative planning process, the team delivered a 23,000+ SF manufacturing addition with crane systems and specialized equipment, along with a new corporate headquarters to support MSI’s national operations. The completed site is designed for future expansion across 15+ acres, and the project moved from concept to completion in under 18 months.
