Jeremy Johnson Market President with Frandsen Bank and Trust and has been with the organization since 2011. With a focus on manufacturing, SBA lending and commercial real estate, he actively participates in finding the right structure for the right purpose. Working primarily in central MN, but also around the state, he has been involved in projects from $25K - $10MM+ in scope. When he’s not banking, you’ll find Jeremy with family, outdoors or with a guitar close by. Frandsen Bank & Trust consistently ranked in the top 5 Preferred SBA lenders in the state and was recently named by Forbes as a Best in State Bank for the 2^nd year in a row.

Terry Stein is the Vice President of Business Development at Midwest Business Finance Corporation (MBFC), a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified Development Company based in St. Cloud, MN. MBFC is a private 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that champions economic development across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa by originating and servicing SBA 504 loans. With two decades of lending experience in both commercial and residential markets, Terry brings a wealth of expertise. Before joining MBFC, he served as a Commercial Loan Officer at a Community Bank, specializing in helping small businesses leverage SBA 504 and 7(a) loan programs for growth.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he completed an advanced program focused on banking, economics, and leadership.
