Workforce Community Conversation
Learn about the PIPELINE Program and how it can help your company meet its workforce needs.
You are invited to share your unique workforce challenges and successes, network with other business leaders, and learn about the PIPELINE (Private Investment, Public Education, Labor and Industry Experience) Program.
Why PIPELINE?
Minnesota's economy is booming, but finding talent in today's tight labor market continues to be a challenge for many employers. The PIPELINE Program is an innovative approach to address current and future workforce needs through employment-based dual training. The program works with employers to change the conversation from “How do we find workers with the skills we need?” to “How do we GIVE workers the skills we need?”
The PIPELINE program specifically focuses on advanced manufacturing, agriculture, health care services, and information technology.
