Linda's two decades of diverse consulting experience provides the expertise necessary to effectively navigate leadership transitions, adapt to market changes, engage stakeholders, and bring projects forward for the betterment of future generations. Her credentials include Entrepreneurial & Small Business Development, Business Retention & Expansion Coordinator, and Business Consultant Relationship Based Professional Development. She has written and secured $10.23 million in government grants and scaled the profitability of numerous organizations. Working in various roles, Linda has led efforts to shape, facilitate, and communicate the importance of continuous improvement principles: ISO 9001, LEAN, Voice of the Customer, and Six Sigma. She received her lead auditor designation for sustainability operations in 2024. This includes being an adjunct instructor and curriculum writer for customized training at Lake Superior College and Ridgewater College, providing LEAN/Six Sigma/Project Implementation Training to manufacturing, textiles, construction, and healthcare industries. Today, she is recognized as an expert trainer in Minnesota and provides training on internal controls and quality management systems.
