Maintenance Manager

Park Industries is seeking to add a Maintenance Manager to our team! 

As a Maintenance Manager for Park Industries, lead the maintenance, repair, HVAC, janitorial and upkeep of Park Industries’, equipment, facilities and grounds. This position is responsible for proactive planning and scheduling of repairs of machines, facilities and grounds to ensure up time. The Maintenance Manager will create and maintain a maintenance program including implementing the appropriate software for this program. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with their associates to manage outside vendors and contractors to ensure Park Industries’ facilities and grounds are clean, safe, and presentable to Park associates, vendors, and visitors.

As the Maintenance Manager for Park Industries, you can expect to:

  • Hire, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports. Ensure that new hire training is developed and implemented, in addition to training within the department for continuous development to improve the overall maintenance processes. Document, plan and deliver meaningful and timely performance reviews. Take disciplinary action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy
  • Develop and maintain a Maintenance Program to track and predict life expectancy on all building, machines and grounds, and provide recommendations to management on replacements and upgrades (Examples: roof covering, HVAC equipment, parking lots, etc.)
  • Develop. execute and monitor annual maintenance budget
  • Lead the preventative maintenance, repair and general upkeep of the buildings, grounds and HVAC systems
  • Ensure environmental compliance, reporting, and documentation
  • Develop cost of ownership replacement plans for all HVAC, facility and Park owned equipment based on systematic rules
  • Manage outside vendors and building systems and controls

What makes you a good fit?
Here is what we are looking for:

  • 2-year degree in related Post-Secondary Education
  • 7 years in a leadership role in equipment or facilities maintenance
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance, building systems and controls management, and facilities and grounds upkeep
  • Certified forklift and crane operator, or the ability to obtain certification

Our ideal candidate would have the following experience:

  • Equipment and facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Certified Maintenance Professional (CMP)
  • Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
