Sales Support Specialist

In the Sales Support Specialist role, you will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of the sales team by preparing proposals and contracts, processing sales orders, coordinating customer visits and product demos, coordinating installation and installation schedules. In addition, the Sales Support Specialist also assists the sales team by qualifying leads and updating and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

What can you expect in this role?

  • Qualifies incoming web and event leads, maintains and updates customer data base
  • Manages and responds to customer inquiries
  • Prepares and forwards sales proposals and contracts to customers for new and used machines
  • Coordinates machine shipping, installation, and training schedules to meet customer requirements
  • Processes new customer orders and change orders completely and accurately
  • Schedules and assists with product demonstrations

This role is full time, first shift working office hours.  It can be hybrid or based out of our Saint Cloud, MN office, with travel as needed.

What makes you a good fit?
Here is what we are looking for:

Education - Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years Business Technical degree
Experience and/or Training – At least two years of sales, customer service or technical training experience

Our ideal candidate would have experience with:

  • Working knowledge of email CRM, and ERP systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
