Welcome Bailey Olson - Membership & Workforce Development Specialist
Bailey is originally from Clear Lake, MN and now calls Duluth, MN home. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Marketing and Spanish Degree, as well as a Professional Selling certificate. Bailey enjoys getting creative, solving problems, and working with people. Her past experiences include marketing, communications, sales, event planning, strategic development, and a lot of conflict management, especially during her time working for the youth hockey organization.
Bailey enjoys being outside, especially fishing, camping, and cross-country skiing. She has been a swim coach for the last six years and enjoys being around kids. Her dream is to build her own home so she can spend a lot of time looking over different floor plans and interior/exterior designs.
Bailey looks forward to serving the MMA team and the current and future members of the organization.
