Where do you work, what do you do? I work for Doherty Staffing Solutions and I am the Business Development Manager for Western Central MN area.
Doherty Staffing Solutions gives you the flexibility to react to changing market conditions, matching your workforce to your workload.

Workforce management and staffing
If you are staffing for higher volume projects, recruiting for specific skill sets or increasing workforce flexibility, we can build an innovative staffing solution for your business.

Finding the best fit is what we are all about. Whether we are matching an employee to a position or a staffing representative to a client, Doherty Staffing is committed to being a true partner to our clients and to providing long-term, solution-oriented services.

Temporary and contingency staffing
Your business has changing workloads and fluctuating staffing needs. To stay competitive, you need a flexible workforce and talented employees. Doherty's temporary staffing solution gives you access to the qualified people you need, just when you need them. This solution also helps you reduce or eliminate overtime by using temporary employees to complete a project

Temp-to-hire solutions
Talent and experience are fundamental requirements for new employees, but how do you evaluate their skills? How can you know if the candidate will be a “fit” with your corporate culture? Doherty’s temp-to-hire solution gives you a trial period to observe the work of the employee before making the commitment to add to your head count.

Direct-hire placement
Many companies find that the process of sourcing and recruiting candidates is too time consuming and falls outside the scope of their core competencies. At Doherty Staffing Solutions, we specialize in these areas and are dedicated to finding you the right people. Our broad network of contacts allows us to attract highly qualified candidates who are actively or passively seeking new opportunities. see less
