I am an executive coach who works with high performing manufacturing leaders. I spent years leading HR and safety on the floor of fast growing manufacturers like Hormel Foods and Kettle Cuisine, as the strategic partner to the people running production. 

I now coach operations and HR leaders through the moments when steady pressure turns into something that wears their strongest people down. My counseling training as a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor shapes how I read the why beneath a leader's behavior.

My work centers on the Pressure Paradox: the drive that makes leaders excellent is the same thing burning them out.
