Speaker: Mark O'Leary, President and CEO of Enterprise Minnesota the state’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) center that helps small and mid-sized manufacturers grow and compete. He brings extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, technology, healthcare, and financial services. Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota in 2026, O’Leary served as Chief Marketing Officer at SPS Commerce, where he led product, marketing, and international operations, including oversight of SPS Europe. Earlier in his career, he served as president of Taylor Healthcare and later president of Taylor Communications, where he led the restructuring of a $1.2 billion organization with more than 4,000 employees. O’Leary holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Creighton University. In his role with Enterprise Minnesota, he works closely with manufacturers across the state to support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth in Minnesota’s manufacturing sector.

About the Tour:  Get a behind-the-scenes look at Rotochopper’s manufacturing operations in St. Martin, Minnesota. During the tour, attendees will see how Rotochopper manufactures innovative grinding and material processing equipment used by customers across a variety of industries.

Safety Requirements:  Safety glasses (provided by Rotochopper), long pants, closed toe shoes.

Photos & Video: Photography and video recording are not permitted on the manufacturing floor during the Rotochopper tour.
