LAMA Leadership Alumni Summit 2026

2024 and 2025 Emerging Leaders graduates are invited to the Leadership Alumni Summit, where you'll gain new team strategies and reconnect with peers. You'll also receive a Personal Leadership Reassessment to examine changes in your leadership style since training, while further developing key leadership skills.

Look in the Mirror- Leadership starts with You!  This session focuses on the idea that effective leadership begins long before you try to lead others. The way you manage your attitude, priorities, reactions, and personal discipline sets the tone for your team and your results. In this session, participants will explore the habits and mindset of leaders who take ownership, stay focused under pressure, and model the behaviors they expect from others. The LAMA Emerging Leaders program is uniquely designed to identify and develop high-potential individuals for future leadership roles by enhancing their skills, providing mentorship and preparing them to lead initiatives and manage teams effectively in a manufacturing enterprise. The program keenly focuses on Skill Development, Career Advancement, Mentorship and Networking, Organization Success, Leadership Confidence and positions individuals to successfully transition to a leadership role.
