Presenter:
Keith Gadacz, Operations Consultant with Enterprise Minnesota
Keith Gadacz is a business growth consultant who works with manufacturing companies across Minnesota to help them build and implement ISO business management systems to drive business performance. Keith knows that an effective business management system is the strongest foundation for growth for any manufacturer. His extensive experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems make Keith a valuable resource for Enterprise Minnesota clients.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Gadacz served as quality manager and continuous improvement champion for Nortech Systems in Merrifield, MN and as quality manager for Minnesota Rubber & Plastics in Litchfield MN. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from University of Minnesota – Morris, and is Six Sigma-Green Belt Certified and a Certified Lead Auditor.
A resident of Brainerd, MN, Keith enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and loving life in the Brainerd Lakes area.
