CMMA November Meeting

CMMA breakfast meeting on November 18
Let's meet "in person" to hear from King Banaian and Luke Greiner. Tour Northern Metal Recycling
Topic: Economic Outlook
Minnesota is slowing recovering from the shortest recession in our history, yet 18 months after the recession officially ended employment is still down by more than 126,000 jobs. What's holding our economic expansion back? Labor, or the lack thereof. The most recent count of job openings obliterated previous records and points to more challenges to recruit and retain employees. In step with an incredibly tight labor market is inflation higher than we've seen in more than a decade. Luke Greiner will cover what parts of our local economy are recovering, how our economy has shifted, and hiring/wage trends.
