Mike Block, founder and CEO of Elite Additive, will offer his perspective on additive manufacturing (better known as 3-D printing) and the opportunity for companies to embrace the production capabilities of this technology. Elite Additive’s vision is to revolutionize part manufacturing by assisting and pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing into mainstream production. Kari Howe from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) will introduce the Automation Training Incentive Pilot Program, a new workforce development training initiative. This program aims to provide grants to small businesses for the purpose of training existing workers on new automation technology.Live 3-D Printer Demo
