You are invited to the Minnesota Manufacturing Workforce Partnership gathering on Thursday, February 28th. This free event is an active approach to build partnerships among stakeholders of the Minnesota manufacturing industry. Our collective goal is to restructure and accelerate the Minnesota workforce education system to better meet the demands of Minnesota's manufacturing industry.
TOPIC: NEED RELIABLE WORKERS?
Learn more about a workforce resource you may not have considered with Managed Resource Connections, Inc. (MRCI). With more than 65 years of employment training success, MRCI serves individuals with disabilities and/or disadvantages through job training, employment placement & job coaching. MRCI partners with employers to meet business needs and serves as an ongoing resource in diversity integration.
Our Speaker, Rhonda Kalal will walk us through what these doors of opportunity could look like for you and for your community. She will share the success of others, highlighting benefits, recruitment processes, employer education and financial incentives which make it easier for employers to hire workers.

Guest Speaker: Rhonda Kalal serves as Business Development and Marketing Coordinator for MRCI.
As a Certified ThinkGREAT Leadership Coach, Kalal has used her passion to inspire others to ignite a positive company culture and to achieve their personal and professional best. She has used her experience in nonprofit and program development to create MRCI’s employer education series, “Coaching Capacity.”
This event is hosted by the Minnesota State Engineering Center of Excellence and Minnesota State Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence and is an opportunity to network and engage with other stakeholders in the industry.
