Currently, there are five generations in the workforce. Each generation has its own unique communication style. In fact, communication skills are one of the greatest differences among employees from different generations. Research shows that communication is one of the top challenges, if not the most challenging aspect, facing today’s workplace. However, it does not have to be this way. This course is about how to effectively lead and communicate in the multigenerational workplace.
