3 Sessions | Tuesday-Thursday | *Thurs, Feb 20 is 5pm-7pm
Workers are provided with general awareness about recognizing and preventing hazards commonly found in the workplace. OSHA recommends this training as an orientation to occupational safety and health. Workers can receive additional training on hazards specific to their job. Ten hours of mandatory and optional topics will be covered.During this training, we will cover:
- Introduction to OSHA
- Walking and Working on Surfaces, Including Fall Protection
- Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, and Fire Protection
- Electrical
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Hazard Communication
