Bill Williams

Field Safety Associate @OECS

Bill Williams, is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Field Safety Associate with OECS. He brings almost 30 years of Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety experience including: Risk management and program compliance, occupational and environmental hazard analysis and control and development and staff instruction of specialized operational and compliance training. Bill has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and is certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.

Donna Hetland

Field Associate @OECS

Donna Hetland, is a field associate with OECS. She is responsible for providing safety services to clients throughout central and eastern Minnesota. She is an experienced, ASP Certified, safety professional with over 17 years spent in both Construction and General Industry.
