Topic: Street Drugs - Trends and Safety ConcernsPresenter: Jason Rosha, Alexandria Police Department, Special Agent in Charge of West Central MN Drug & Violent Chrime Task Force
The Main Objectives are to educate on the following:
- Identification of street drugs
- National and local drug trends
- Indicators of drug abuse
Speaker Credentials and Biography:
Officer Rosha has eight years of law enforcement experience, including over three years of felony level drug investigation experience. Rosha is a 2002 graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He worked in the private sector for eight years before being hired by Alexandria Police Department. From 2010-2015 he was a Patrol Officer and was then assigned to the West Central MN Drug & Violent Crime Task Force as a Special Agent. Then in 2016 he was assigned as the Special Agent in Charge of the Task Force and continues to serve in that capacity today.
TOUR: NO tour planned in February to allow adequate time for the seminar on Drugs in the Workplace.
