Mike Henke is a national speaker who has worked with over 100 Midwest manufacturers in the last 14 years, making a difference in recruiting, retention, and many other employee challenges.  Mike was appointed by the Governor to be a Nebraska Diplomat and assist in Workforce/Economic Development and has keynoted many workforce conferences with creative solutions to the challenges we face today. Mike lives in Nebraska but grew up in northern Minnesota!
