Board of Directors RRMEA

Kriss Burns is an HR Business Consultant for PRO Resources in Fargo.  She jointed the RRMEA board of directors in 2023.
 
She earned her BS and MBA from the University of Mary, where she is currently an adjunct faculty instructor.
 
Kriss is married to Cameron Dockter. She has two children, Paige and Grant.
 
Kriss's community involvement includes: United Way,  FMWF Chamber, Rebuilding Together, Fargo-Moorhead HR Association, HR Advisory Committee for M-State, and FM-PM Rotary Club.
 
Kriss loves volunteering, traveling, boating, time at the lake, tailgating, and Bison football!

Russell Martinson is the Senior Account Executive at J&M Printing, Inc. He has 18 years of experience in sales and brings a passion for relationship building/networking and customer satisfaction. Prior to entering the sales world, he was an elementary school teacher for five years in a rural North Dakota School. Russell lives in West Fargo, ND and enjoys spending time and having new adventures with his wife and kids. 

Thomas joined the RRMEA Board of Directors in 2023. He is the Vice President Commercial Lender at First Western Bank & Trust in West Fargo. 

Lacee joined the RRMEA Board in 2023. She is an attorney and public policy advocate at The Birch Group.

Jane joined the RRMEA Board of Directors in June 2024. She is the VP of Workforce at the FMWF Chamber of Commerce.
 
Previously, she was as an independent consultant and held roles at  NDSCS including VP for Student Affairs and Strategy, Assistant VP for Student Success, and Director of Student Success and Career Services.
 
She has also held various student- and research-focused positions at the North Dakota University System. Frisch holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mass communication, and a Ph.D. in Education, all from NDSU.

Amy joined the RRMEA Board of Directors in 2024. She is the Director of Business & Industry at Minnesota State Community & Technical College. Her office is at the Detroit Lakes campus.

Originally from South Dakota, Matt Sather is an NDSU grad who's called Fargo home for over a decade. After spending five years with Jamestown based RealTruck.com in the merchandising and vendor management team, Matt joined Packet Digital and Botlink in 2019. He currently serves as the Marketing Director of Packet Digital and the General Manager of Botlink.

Preston is the sales manager for Augmenta Agtech and joined the RRMEA Board of Directors in 2024. Preston is a native of north central North Dakota and graduated from Westhope Public School. After attending Minot State University Preston was a customer success representative at First Western Bank and Trust in Minot, ND, for three years, followed by a location manager for a full-service ag retail organization in Parshall, ND, during the oil boom of 2011-2015. For the last three years Preston has been working as a sales manager for Augmenta Agtech that was recently acquired by CNH.

Preston lives in Nevis, MN, with his wife and three daughters. They have a small hobby farm including full size horses, mini horses, goats and rabbits. 

Lynda became the Executive Director in September, 2024. She joins us following her tenure as Executive Director of the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation in Riverside, California. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, she also brings extensive expertise in marketing, honed through her role as the owner of Bailey Communications, Inc. Lynda holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Purdue University.
 
Recently relocating to be nearer to family, Lynda now resides in Nashwauk, Minnesota, with her husband and Reyna, their Bernese Mountain Dog.
