Board of Directors CMMA

Les was a Founding Member of CMMA, having served as President of the Board since 2008.  He also serves on the Workforce Committee. Les is the President of Engel Metallurgical, Ltd. located in Sauk Rapids, MN

Lance was elected to the CMMA Board in 2015.   He serves as the Board Vice President, and serves on the Programs Committee. Lance is the President/CEO of Louis Industries located in Paynesville, MN

Tim was a Founding Member of CMMA, having served on the Board since 2008.   He serves as Chair of the Workforce Committee.  Tim is a Workforce Development Adviser at Central MN Jobs & Training Services, Inc. located in Monticello, MN.

Steve was elected to the CMMA board in 2012, and serves on both the Programs and Golf Committees.  Steve is a proactive CPA with over 17 years of experience with a strong concentration in manufacturing.  He is a Parter/Tax Director at Creative Planning, located in St. Cloud, MN.

Lance was elected to the CMMA Board in 2018.   He serves on the Programs Committee. Lance is the Commercial Sales Manager at Batteries Plus Bulbs located in St. Cloud, MN. 

Doug joined the CMMA board in 2024. He is a Senior Value Advisor at Headwaters Strategic Succession Consulting in St. Cloud. 
 

Kevin is the Superintendent of ROCORI Public Schools in Cold Spring, MN. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Science in Education Administration. He and his wife Mardi have two adult children and two grandchildren. Kevin joined the CMMA board in 2025. 

Joe joined the CMMA board in 2025. He is the Director of Manufacturing at Geringhoff in St. Cloud. Geringhoff has been manufacturing the industry's leading harvest equipment since1880. Joe is a native of Alton, Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational management. Joe enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, UTV riding and is a big Cardinals baseball fan.

Jason was elected to the CMMA Board in 2013.   He serves on both the Workforce and Golf Committees. Jason is the VP and CRO at Falcon National Bank located in Foley, MN. 

Dean has served on the the CMMA board in 2017.   Since 2020, Dean has served a dual role as an MMA board member.  

Della Ludwig is a Workforce Strategy Consultant with MN’s Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) for the 13-county region of central MN.  She is a SCSU graduate, and earned a Master’s degree in Management from St. Scholastica. She has extensive human resources and recruiting experience in several industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. In her current role with DEED, she connects key stakeholders to workforce development resources and supports businesses in developing strategic workforce solutions.
 

Dan joined the CMMA board in 2025. He is the President and co-owner of Falls Fabricating, LLC in Little Falls and brings a valuable perspective to the board. Falls Fabricating is a full service fabricator of both simple and complex components and assemblies. Dan is a native of Cold Spring, MN, earned a BS degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. He has been married to his wife Julie for 31 years and they have two adult children and four grandsons. He enjoys deer hunting, yard work, and watching high school football and the Vikings.

Randy was elected to the CMMA Board in 2011.   He serves as chair of the Government Affairs Committee. Randy is the Owner of Pellco Machine, Inc. located in St. Michael, MN. 

Jared was elected to the CMMA Board in 2013.  He serves on both the Workforce and Golf Committees. Jared is the Production Coordinator at Woodcraft Industries, Inc. located in St. Cloud, MN. 

Mark joined the CMMA Board of Directors in 2023. He is the Vice President of Administrative Services at Coldspring. 

Luke joined the CMMA board in 2025. He is the Director of Operations at CWMF in Waite Park. Luke is a native of Cold Spring, MN, and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from St. Cloud State University. He and his wife Tami have two children. Luke enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family at the lake. 

Lynda became the Executive Director in September, 2024. She joins us following her tenure as Executive Director of the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation in Riverside, California. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, she also brings extensive expertise in marketing, honed through her role as the owner of Bailey Communications, Inc. Lynda holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Purdue University.
 
Recently relocating to be nearer to family, Lynda now resides in Nashwauk, Minnesota, with her husband and Reyna, their Bernese Mountain Dog.
