Electronics Technician - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do
As an Electronics Technician 1, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems while developing skills that advance your career. Key responsibilities include:
- Wiring & Assembly: Cut, strip, bend, and mount wires to complete point-to-point wiring of electrical components. Assemble and mount devices such as motors, sensors, solenoids, relays, and circuit breakers using schematics and technical diagrams.
- System Integration: Measure, cut, prepare, and label cables; wire and connect industrial control devices; and load programs/parameters into hardware including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and PCs.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Power up and test electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components. Diagnose and repair issues to ensure proper machine functionality.
- Collaboration & Support: Work with team members on machine builds, support inventory processes, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
This role is located full time onsite at our St. Cloud facility. You would work second shift, Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am.
Experience and Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in electronics, automation, or a related field preferred
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
- Electrical and/or mechanical knowledge in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing computer tools such as Design Review
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment

Pay Transparency Statement
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 (+ second shift differential). Please note that the range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company-wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
