What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Project Manager at Park Industries, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating and executing product development projects from concept to commercialization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for engineering and cross-functional teams. Lead project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring alignment with technical requirements, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate efforts across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Foster communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, proactively address issues, and manage resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control while delivering high-quality results within scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and changes.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or a technical degree in a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing engineering projects, ideally in industrial or consumer product design and manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
