What You’ll Do
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you’ll provide advanced technical expertise while helping maintain and improve Park’s technology environment. Key responsibilities include:

Technical Support & Escalation: Troubleshoot and resolve advanced computer, telephony, printer, and endpoint hardware/software issues while serving as a senior escalation point to maximize uptime.

System Configuration & Deployment: Plan, configure, and install computers, telephony systems, printers, and related hardware/software in accordance with established standards.

Standards & Security: Apply and enforce standards for end-user devices, operating environments, and security configurations across the organization.

Infrastructure Improvements: Participate in technical assessments and assist with approved infrastructure changes, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Systems & Network Support: Provide secondary system and network administration support as assigned.

Technology Evaluation: Assist in evaluating new and existing technologies, including testing, implementation, and end-user training.

Documentation & Tracking: Document technical solutions and configuration processes and track time spent on requests, incidents, and projects.

Training & Projects: Provide technical training to end users and lead medium-to-large projects as a technical representative.
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst at Park Industries, you’ll primarily work standard business hours Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility and onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.
Experience and Qualifications
Education

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (required)
Experience
-
Five years of related experience and/or training (preferred)

Experience supporting Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra hybrid environments

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint configurations, and enterprise software deployment

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Knowledge of hardware components, imaging, baseline configuration, and driver/firmware management
-
Understanding of network infrastructure concepts and endpoint security practices
