Technical Support Representative - CNC Machinery, Bilingual (Spanish-English)

This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll work primarily during office hours, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as needed to meet customer needs, including participating in the 24/7 service phone rotation.

What can you expect to do in this role?
- Provide expert support on designated Park machines and develop familiarity with additional machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Park equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and operational problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, or messaging to offer procedural guidance and support.
- Streamline purchase order and return processes, including facilitating paperwork, issuing return labels, coordinating parts delivery, and arranging returns.
- Maintain detailed case notes on customer interactions.
- Provide over-the-phone machine support for Park Industries Field Service Technicians and Installers.
What makes you a good fit?
- High school diploma or equivalent, required; Associate degree in software or Technical Degree in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, preferred.
- Basic background in two or more of the following areas: software, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, required.
- One year of related experience working in Park’s assembly or panel shop, or in field service and installation, preferred.
- Strong communication skills, written, reading and verbal, in Spanish and English, to ensure clear and professional interactions with customers, required.

Pay Transparency Statement
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $27.00. Please note that the hourly range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company-wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
