What You'll Do

As a Project Manager at Park Industries, you'll be at the forefront of driving our projects to success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading Engineering Project Delivery: Oversee all technical aspects of the project delivery process, from initial design through final implementation, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope. You'll manage risks and ensure adherence to established engineering processes and methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to streamline business processes, enhance project outcomes, and ensure Park Industries is prepared for the successful rollout of internal engineering solutions.
• Effective Communication: Regularly update management, technical teams, and key stakeholders through meetings, written summaries, and status reports, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engineering project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage engineering projects sponsored by various internal departments, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction across the organization.

As a Project Manager at Park Industries, you'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.

Experience and Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (required).
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (preferred).
• Experience in an engineering environment (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
